PRICE INCLUDES:

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:

NOTES:
- The change day is Saturday, check in at 16:00, check out at 10:00.
- Guests are asked for a refundable 1000 eur deposit at check-in. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay if the villa is left in good condition and there is no breakage or damage to in the indoors or outdoors.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking allowed in the villa.
- Please note that the Villa does not include air conditioning, but guests find the fans, open air design and cool interiors very comfortable.
SPECIAL NOTE ON SOLAR SYSTEM:
The villa has a robust solar system with solar panels to charge the batteries, which supply the electricity. All lights, appliances and power outlets are powered by these large capacity batteries. The villa also has a generator. The villa does not allow the usage of high wattage appliances.
This seaside villa is designed for casual island holidays with friends and family. Villa is inspired by the natural charm, beauty and island lifestlye of Brac and Duboka Bay giving you privacy with plenty of space. Just 50 meters above the bay, the villa has the perfect location. It includes swimming platform in Duboka Bay with lounges, umbrellas, and family kayaks.
The true Mediterranean charm is provided by custom designed Brac stone sinks and counters, natural finishings, wooden kitchen cabinetry made by local craftsmen, local stone fireplaces, custom made wooden floor to ceiling shutters and doors, wood and tile flooring.
In keeping with the natural lifestyle of Duboka Bay, Villa is an eco-friendly, solar home designed to respect the nature and beauty of our island and to preserve the environment.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful sun shaded stone terraces with swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with large stone oven/BBQ and large round dining table with view to the sea.
INSIDE THE VILLA
Villa's Mediterranean style is spacious and open while ensuring individual privacy - 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, each with their own living areas.
The first floor has open kitchen/living area with large farmers table, which pulls out to comfortably seat 12+ people.
Upstairs you'll find a more formal dining and living area with views, a beautiful antique round table, which seats 4 for an intimate dinner or up to 12 with 2 leaves. There is a private entrance from the parking area and a door separating the upstairs from the downstairs.
The loft is perfect for two with open bedroom/sitting area with breathtaking view of distant islands and Duboka Bay. Or for family groups, sleep up to 6 children using pull out sofas.
