REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The guests are asked to provide 500 eur on arrival in cash (refundable on the check out day).

NOTES:
- The change day is Saturday, check in at 16:00, check out at 10:00.
- Guests are asked for a refundable 1000 deposit at check-in. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay if the villa is left in good condition and there is no breakage or damage to in the indoors or outdoors.
Villa Brac 11 is a stone villa which overlooks the beach on the lovely east side of Sutivan where there are several large villas along the waterfront. It is beautiful Brac stone set in pretty gardens on the outside and modern Italian, spacious and fully furnished, on the inside, with large "American style" refrigerator, microwaves, tile flooring and all the amenities to make your holiday carefree and complete.
Villa sleeps 12 people. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms in 4 suites.
The villa is spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views, lovely pool terrace and right across a narrow street from the beach (rocky but with good entrance into the water). A privacy fence with security gates encloses the property.
The villa has 4 private suites, perfect for families or groups of friends on holiday together. Each suite has its own entrance.
The Family Suite is on the first floor at the front overlooking the sea. The additional 3 suites are on the second floor. The entire villa, including the sun porch, has Air Conditioning, there is a security gate, parking for several cars, inside the garage and outside.
Family Suite
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with double bed
The large Family Suite is perfect for gathering, sharing meals and enjoying the beautiful Brac sunsets from the sun porch. The "Family Suite" faces the sea with a view to the graceful village of Sutivan. A large enclosed porch spans the front with picture windows overlooking the pool and sea.
The Family Suite has 3 bedrooms, 2 1⁄2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with large Jacuzzi bathtub, one WC) with open plan living room/dining area/kitchen. The living area and kitchen also open onto the porch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator, microwave and electric oven.
Honeymoon Suite
- 1 bedroom with double bed
The Honeymoon Suite is the largest of the 3 privacy suites. It is beautifully furnished with a lovely balcony with table for 4 and a view to Sutivan and the Water.
It has a double bedroom, bathroom and very nice open plan sitting room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator, microwave and electric oven.
2 Garden Suites
- 1 bedroom with double bed in each suite (total 2 double bedrooms)
Two garden suites on the second floor are perfect for additional guests or teenagers who enjoy their independence. Each suite has a double bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and small kitchen - perfect for morning coffee or evening snack. One has a pretty balcony for 2 overlooking the gardens and view to the sea.
Swimming pool
The large pool is fully equipped with large umbrellas, luxurious lounges - the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island sun. Across the quiet street from the villa, the clear water of the Adriatic beckons. The beach is typical island pebble and flat rock, with easy entry.
