OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS IN BASE:
- Final cleaning: 100 eur
- Tourist tax: 1 eur/pax/day
NOTE: In case the guests need the skipper, the cost for skipper is 150 eur per day + food, to be paid in base..
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 1.250 eur
It is obligated to leave the security deposit in base, in cash or with credit card. The deposit is refundable.
YACHT PRICE INCLUDES:VHF, Autopilot, GPS with plotter, gas, bed linen, hand towels, dinghy.
YACHT PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: fuel, mooring fees, tourist tax, outboard engine (80 eur per week, optional).
POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS ONLY ON GUESTS' DEMAND: land transfer to/from the yacht, embark and disembark in any other port out of the base port, one way charter, hostess 120 eur/day + food, outboard engine (80 eur per week, optional).

220 V shore connection, Refrigerator, Steering Wheel (SW)/Tiller (T), Life jacket, Nautical charts and nautical guide, Anchor, Linen, Distress flaires, Fire extinguisher, First aid kit, Autopilot
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- 50% ADVANCE payment - upon reservation.
- 50% BALANCE payment - 5 weeks before charter period.
