Catamaran NAUTITECH 40
OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS IN BASE:
- Final cleaning: 170 eur
- Tourist tax: 1 eur/pax/day
NOTE: in case the guests need the skipper, the cost of skipper is 1050 eur per week + food.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 2.000 eur
It is obligated to leave the security deposit in base, in cash or with credit card. The deposit will be returned to the guests at the check out.
YACHT PRICE INCLUDES: VAT, bed linen, tender, GPS plotter, outboard engine and towels.
YACHT PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: fuel, mooring fees, tourist tax
POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS ONLY ON GUESTS' DEMAND: land transfer to/from the yacht, embark and disembark in any other port out of the base port, one way charter, hostess 910 eur/week + food.

4+2 Cabins; 10+2 Berths; 2 WC/showers
Boat equipment:
Full batten main sail, roll genoa, GPS / chart plotter, autopilot, depth-speed-wind instrument, bimini top, cockpit table, cockpit seating cushions, cockpit shower, el. refrigerator, stove, oven, dinghy with outboard engine, gangway, CD player, LCD TV/DVD in saloon.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- 50% ADVANCE payment - upon reservation.
- 50% BALANCE payment - 5 weeks before charter period.
