A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance)

• 25% of the charter price to cover the following costs, but not limited to: food and beverages for the Charter Party, port and marina fees, delivery fee for embarkation / disembarkation in any other port except base port, if "empty leg" caused, extra navigation, National Park and Parks of Nature entrances, shipping agent's fees, customs fees and charter licenses if cruising in Montenegro, and other costs for services requested by the Charter Party during the charter such as, but not limited to; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer's request, shoreside transport, excursions and activities. APA is to be provided in cash on board or as a wire transfer to the shipping agent's account.

• VAT: 13%

• Dubrovnik visit fee on Split - Split route: 1000 €
• Extra navigation: 100 €/h (this cost is already included in Delivery and Dubrovnik Visit Fee)
• Delivery Fee for embarkation / disembarkation in Dubrovnik: 800 € (refundable if yacht gets booked in a way that it does not cause extra costs)

• Additional motorized water sports: From A.P.A.
• Tips: Tips are not included in the price of the charter and are a voluntary way of showing appreciation for a good service. Usually, it is 7% to 15% of the charter price, according to your satisfaction, paid to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally by the captain to the rest of the crew.
• Other costs: Land transfers, fishing licenses, guided tours, excursions, restaurants, bike rentals, car rentals

• Deposit: 50% of the charter fee - immediately, as confirmation of booking
• Balance: 50% of the charter fee + other costs - no later than 45 days before charter commencement
• Mean of payment: wire transfer
